How It Works

Profile Competency Evaluation

Canadian Government has made more than 60 different immigration programs available for different types of profile applications. Selecting the most appropriate one for you, will multiply the chances of your profile being selected successfully for Canadian Immigration. It would require us to do a detailed study of your profile. Basis the study we will be able to match your profile with the best available immigration program. This Profile Competency Evaluation Report ensures that we choose the correct program to apply with and get positive results for all our customers.

This profile evaluation is done by our RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) Mr. Paul Abraham and his team from our Head Office in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The Profile Competency Evaluation(PCE) will require you to pay a one-time non-refundable fee of CAD 600.

Step 1

Basis the Profile Evaluation Report, a dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to you to support, guide and assist you through the entire Immigration process. He will also discuss with you in detail, all available Immigration options you qualify for and recommend you the best programs to apply with, as per the PCE report. If your profile scores are found meeting the requirements and you choose to Sign-up with us, we will send you a contract and legal authorization form to be filled and signed by you to start the process followed by the first part of our consultation fee of $1400 CAD.

Step 2

After getting the Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Canadian Government, we file your Application for Permanent Residency (APR). A strong profile in the Express Entry Pool creates more chances for getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Canadian Government. Once you get it, we create and manage all the aspects of the process including the forms and documents, Case Creation, Milestone Navigation, Interview Preparation, Special Issue Advice and Communications with the Government. We Are With You Throughout the Entire Process. Fee for this step may vary between
$2000 USD to $4000 USD.

The time consumed for an Immigration process to complete, may vary from program to program. There are many Immigration programs, each program falls under a specific protocol and needs to be worked under some guidelines as directed by government of Canada. But the overall process may take somewhere between 6-18 months.

With Dream Destination Canada, it’s a two-step process post the Profile Competency Evaluation.

Step 1: Application for entry in the Express Entry Pool.

Step 2: Application for the Permanent Residency (APR) after getting the Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Canadian Government.

The time duration to get accepted to an immigration program may vary from program to program, basis the pre-requisites and the application criterion. Some programs may take 6 months while the others may take up to 18 months. Needless to mention, that the process-speed is also dependent on how responsive you are and how fast can you provide the RCIC with the required documentation and complete your personal assignments.

Your spouse and dependent children (under the age of 22) will be included in your application. Children above the age of 22 years will be required to file a separate application.

No, but be assured as we only sign you up with us if you and your profile has a reasonable chance for a successful PR application within the legal framework. So, if you are on board with us, you should qualify. We will guide you on everything which can make your profile stronger. We ourselves will create the strongest possible profile for you in the EE pool to maximize your chances of getting an ITA from the Canadian Government as early as possible.

There is no 100% guarantee in governmental procedures. Be aware of those who guarantee a success. It is solely up to the government’s discretion whether to approve your application or not. However, the RCICs will use their vast experience to maximize your credentials and give you the best chance possible. Other than maximizing your credibility, the RCIC may recommend your spouse to be the main applicant, assuming he/she can obtain higher score, and/or recommend you submit an application for several immigration programs to increase your chance of being selected.

Yes, a valid IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program Test) or TEF (Test d'évaluation du français) qualifying score is mandatory to apply to the Canadian government. We always recommend that both the main applicant and spouse must attempt this exam in order to increase the candidate's overall score. The needed score will be determined according to the immigration program you have decided to pursue.

We do not guarantee a job offer. However, once you will be found eligible and chosen to proceed with the next steps of ITA, the RCIC will instruct you on how to increase your chances to get a job offer from local employer by accessing the Canadian government’s Job Bank. Please be informed, that a valid job offer from Canadian employer could get you to work in Canada as a PR within 6 months only, however we do not provide any assistance in getting a job in Canada.

Above all, please BEWARE of SCAMS:

Don’t be the victim of a scam. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The results of these scams can include:

Identity Theft
Theft from your Bank Account or Credit Card or Debit Card
Computer Viruses

Remember :

  • No one can guarantee you a job or a visa to Canada.
  • Only immigration officers in Canada, at Canadian embassies, high commissions and consulates can decide to issue a visa.
  • Processing fees are the same for all our services in Canada and around the world. They are the same amount as fees in Canadian dollars.

Our employees will never :

  • Ask you to deposit money into a personal bank account.
  • Ask you to transfer money through private money transfer service.
  • Threaten you.
  • Offer special deals to people who want to Immigrate.
  • Use free email services, such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo Mail to contact you.
  • Be careful if the salary of a job you are applying for seems too high to be real.

An email can be a scam or a phishing scheme if:

  • You did not expect that email.
  • It is from a free Web mail address (e.g. Yahoo Mail, Hotmail or Gmail).
  • The email uses a standard greeting such as “Dear customer/client” instead of your real name.
  • The sender asks you to “update”, “validate” or “confirm” your personal information, such as your date of birth, password, credit card or bank details.
  • You are told that your quick action is required to prevent negative consequences such as your application being cancelled or your account suspended.
  • The email promotes a special immigration or citizenship offer that sounds too good to be true.
  • It contains an attachment that you did not request.

We Are With You Throughout the Entire Process.
